I gave a talk at Agile 2025 in Denver 28-July 2025. It was my first talk post TBI, and as I’m writing, could have been my worst, my weirdest, or both. That said, here are the slides before I gave the talk:

But, that’s not all
If you haven’t read it, you should by my book. It reviews pretty well. And it helps pay for my kids college tuition.
It’s a pretty good book. But, the forewords by Cagan, Cooper, and Fowler are worth the price of the book. Ok, maybe not. But they’re great.
You should read the first article describing story mapping here.
If you’ve never watched this TED talk on collaborative problem solving that people immediately told me is teaching story mapping, you can watch that here.
I’ll be adding more later today to include drawings made in the class and cover some of the people and books I referenced in my talk, so stay tuned.
You should attend my Passionate Product Leadership class
if you’re a product owner, a member of a product team, or an organization adopting a product operating model, you should attend one of my online classes. You can see the list of upcoming classes here.
